Being an out-of-town visitor, I googled to find a bike shop near my son's apartment. The two shops I went to did not fix my problems. I googled again, and found The Hub Cycling. They found what the other two shops had done wrong (likely Shop A attached my new derailleur cable incorrectly, Shop B missed that, and had it at the wrong tension (or missed that it was), lowered my seat radically without being requested, and missed that I had reattached my chain rings incorrectly. I went to The Hub Saturday morning and described my problems to Steve, who started working on it immediately (which I had not expected). He did some work, did a short test ride, did some more work, did another test ride, asked about the chain rings, fixed my mistake and did some final adjustments and lubing. All while I waited. I had expected to have to come back Monday or Tuesday at the least. My bike now rides like the dream bike I bought and rode out the shop door. I have my LBS back home, but whenever I visit my son here in Florida, I know what bike shop I'll be going to in the future.

Good customer service. I called for information and talked with the owner, Steve. He tried to help me find something inside my budget. Even after we determined that the bikes at this store are a higher price than what I'm looking for right now, he still spent another 10 minutes giving me advice on where to find a bike in my budget and what qualities to look for in a good bike. He came across as a little condescending at times, but overall the customer service was still good.

a very reasonable bill and thank them for a great experience. I will not have think about where to go next time , I have found the best place right in Port Orange.
Steve and the rest of the staff did an awesome job on my bike. Very pleased with the work (minor repairs and new tires). It's been almost three months and everything is still running smoothly.
