I have had them fix a flat tire 4-5 times a year and was wondering and asking them why am I getting so many flat tires (I drive on the beach mostly). I went to a competitor shop and and I stopped getting flat tires and I haven't changed the way I ride at all.

As a runner who cycles as cross-training Glen and Steve have been great in helping me to become a better cyclist, telling me how to care for my bike and giving me recommendations for routes to take. I have taken my bike to the store in the middle of a ride because of strange sounds that I have heard and they have immediately attended to my concerns.
I want to sing the praise for everyone at Bike One because Glen, Steve and Dominic are always so courteous every time I stop by, which is often. I've been going to Bike One for over 10-years and my bike was purchased there as Christmas gift to me from my husband (an excellent gift!).

And tuned up my RANS Fusion ST and I had it back by 4:00 p.m. Good service as he helped me get it out and back into the can. The cost was $91.00. I've been to this shop before, it's usually pretty quiet. They have been in business for quite a few years at this location.
Dominic does an excellent job of tuning-up my bike and keeps me riding safely. I can also get anything I need to clean or accessorize my bike as well as picking up very nice cycling gear.
