I am biased toward Giant brand bikes.
I really like the folks at Bob's. I don't like snobby bike shops. The people here are always helpful and down to earth. And they carry a good supply of bikes and accessories
If I could give them a no star rating then I certainly would. They do NOT honor gift certificates bought there! The owner's daughter is rude and obnoxious and likes to argue with you even though she knows your right. So, if you want to throw your money away then go there to buy a gift certificate!

Bought my bike here two years ago. I looked around extensively at all the different bike stores in the area and found that this one had the best prices and the right bike for me. I take my bike in for a tune up yearly (discounted if the bike is bought there), including today. They keep my bike in great shape. They help me unload and reload the bike, call if it requires anything additional, and are transparent with the price at drop off, on the phone, and at pick up. Great service, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable - highly recommend.
