Love Lifetime Dentistry! Always a very warm reception and excellent services. Today the receptionist loved my Dale Jr. T-Shirt and gave me her matching Dale Jr. Hat - Wow!!! Thank you Betty and thank you Cindy for the beautiful clean teeth. Dr. Salifu, DDS is wonderful and makes you feel relaxed - something I find near impossible when visiting the dentist! I highly recommend Lifetime Dentistry for all your Dental needs.

A joke. Got fillings, they were done wrong, went back in and they looked at me like I inconv now fed them. The front office is a joke. I told them I am having work done elsewhere and they got mad and the old woman at the desk gave me a rude comment. I did however tell her to calm down. Very unprofessional, horrible place to go. I would not recommend them, I would say go anywhere but this place

I have been afraid of going to the dentist since I had my braces taken of in 1990, so I never went. I had to find a dentist quick because I broke a tooth and had to have a root canal. I called 1-800-Dentist and was referred to Lifetime Dentistry. I was very nervous going in because the idea of someone working in my mouth was such an unpleasant idea. I was relieved to find the staff was so friendly, they made me feel like a long lost family member. I have been in three times to have work done and every time I'm there, the entire staff comes to see me. Their work is absolutely beautiful, I couldn't be happier with the end result!!! I keep looking in the mirror trying to recognize myself through my new smile. I have become a lifetime patient of Lifetime Dentistry!!!

I really liked my Denist and the dental staff. However the front office is horrible and very unprofessional. I'm on day 3 waiting for a return call because (1) they billed my insurance incorrectly and (2) the very rude and insecure lady on the phone hung up on me as I was trying to help her understand how our insurance typically works with dental billings. Very inappropriate front office workers. Spent $2k and they won't help me by billing insurance because I stupidly signed up for their payment program… so why should they care right??? Horrible treatment. I wouldn't recommend only because of distasteful treatment by rude front office staff.

I switched to lifetime dentistry because I was tired of driving to Ormond Beach where I had been going for 20+ years. Got my annual and needed a cap so they game me a printed estimate. I went ahead and got my cap done and was pleased with the work, they told me I had really good insurance and I paid. A couple months later I get another bill for as much as I'm already paid, No explanation, just a bill. I figured I had another cleaning scheduled soon and I figured I'd get an explanation when I went in. Last week I had to reschedule my appointment as I got busy. Today I got a letter from a collection letter for the outstanding 200$. I guess it went over 90 days? I'll pay the collection agency but Lifetime Dentistry will never see me again. I'd rather drive to Ormond to a local practice that get the kind of service I should have expected from a chain. I'm at fault for not being proactive on the bill but this would have never happened at a family dentistry. I'm also at fault for not thinking thru that I was going to the McDonalds of dentists when I had a relationship with a mom and pop organization. Maybe I can save someone else from making the same mistakes, I know my friends will hear about this.
