My husband and I live here in our 38-foot fifth wheel for over a year now and we absolutely loved it!! The lots are awesome size and you can pretty much do what you want on them when your annual ..you can have a shed etc..it's like having your own property in a subdivision.

After hurricane Irma

Enter the park we went to a bluegrass music event at the clubhouse which was not special big room but the music was great free donuts coffee lovely nice people

If you want to come enjoy a week or put down some roots this is the place! Its clean..quiet..parents actually control their kids here...animal lovers have strict rules...the pool is heated so a Feb swim is an option for some...although most Floridians wouldn't be caught dead swimming with outside temps in the 60 or 70s even with 85 degree pool water hehe. Rosebay is the best bottom line!

8/15/17 hey folks hubby and I are still here and still loving living here! I don't know that we will ever leave! Even with the new owners and some changes it still the best place ever! When you live here its like living in a house in a subdivision with friendly neighbors! Some stay all year just like we do while others are here for the winter season and its a bummer to see them leave usually around April but we know they'll be home again in the fall!

Rosebay

The office staff..actually just two awesome wicked friendly helpful kind ladies Colleen and Chrissy are the glue that keeps this place together!

Been here since August and when we booked our reservation we stated that we wanted to live here year round the office staff was very accommodating, then they started moving us to different sites to accommodate snowbirds so since August we have been moved 3 times. Luckily we were able to find another park to move to so we will be moving this weekend.

The staff is so friendly and the people who live here even the snow birds that come in for the winter are so friendly!! It's a Wonderful neighborhood! it's not typical rv-park and it's definitely not a campground!!

I am really enjoying my stay here everybody is so nice

I'm shocked that this new neighbor has been allowed to turn our nice street and their lot onto a junk yard! Nothing is put away! They've got everything spread out and are squeezing as close to us as possible in spite of the entire side they have opposite of us where the bulk of all of our lots are! these new neighbors of ours will leave their hose down across our lot...stand in the middle of our lot spraying off all their dirty buckets leaving whatever was inside them on our grass...they've parked in our spaces and when I let them know they said they know they didn't have enough room on their side...you don't take our driveway especially without asking! seriously they have more junk to bring...a huge trailer...a utility truck...motorcycle...big SUV...all packed in their tiny front yard pushed as far ovrr to our side as possible...they walk through our yard as though its theirs...stand there talking...flicking their cigarettes still lit everywhere...just no respect at all for us...yes I have reported them we can only assume something was said to them however so far things are just getting worse now... I feel like I have to stay inside...its not right or fair!

Updates included

I saw someone talking about their rv taking on water and being evacuated at 12:30 am and all the buildings being locked. Rosebay had signs CLEARLY posted to evacuate that they had no shelter buildings and to seek shelter at one of the many provided by the city if you had no where to go. The police always evacuate RV parks during a hurricane. If you come into a park during one you must be prepared to be evacuated and if you leave your RV or car anywhere not just rosebay you must be prepared for hurricane damage i.e. wind...fallen trees...water...flooding etc. To blame rosebay for your rv flooding is a joke. You pulled it in here during a hurricane that was your decision..next time read their evacuation plans clearly placed everywhere and take necessary measures to protect yourself and your property!

Before I even pulled in one of the neighbors had given me some trouble about whether or not I would be hurricane strapping my camper down, I express to her she should mind her own business and continue on. My second day there I was relocated to a another site in the park which happen to be at a lower grade, unfortunately during the hurricane we took on a lot of water in my camper which has been flooded out. My dog and I had to evacuate my camper around 1230am; there weren't any buildings on-site in which to seek shelter due to being locked. Thankfully one of the neighbors let us in. For the most part the neighbors are friendly and helpful, the facilities are in need of some cleaning, you have to spend $5 for a card that you have to load to be able to do laundry. With exception to the nosy neighbor and the flooding out of the hurricane, it is a quiet place with exception to the occasional passing train and flooding, the park is nearby to food a laundromat and fishing.

Ok after 2 yrs of living here we still love it however we've had enough of a new neighbor we just got they totally disrespect what we pay for
