BEWARE!!!! Never have I seen such a SCAM!!! They moved me yesterday and what a NIGHTMARE! I chose them for the price- 0nly company that did not want to see house before estimate. I listed my inventory and called twice to persuade for a walk thru. I explained I was worried that come moving day they could double the price- I would rather pay more and lock it in. The owner Ted laughed and stated he couldn't do business that way. I thought it all strange - he refused to take a deposit. On moving day 3 instead of 2 guys showed up and an hour into loading the truck Ted showed up. He said that he "made an error" and the move would take longer and was charging me an addl $900. When I questioned his pricing - one extra guy at $45/hr for 4 hrs is not $900. He became IRATE and Aggressive threatening me that he'll just have his guys unload the truck and they wouldn't move me!! Imagine the terror of having to be out of a property and being treated like this. He literarily says to me "I have you over the barrel." In the end my Fiancée got him to move us for $700 more. That's a 70% increase from his estimate! I should also mentioned that it took them to arrive to my new address 2 hours later than I did leaving at same time.. Ted certainly didn't offer any compensation. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST!! I will follow with the BBB.
