I left a gold chain to be fixed: replace the clasp and shorten it 3.5 inches ($85.00). They told me it would be done in 1 week. I came to pick it up. The work was not completely done. The clasp was replaced but the chain was not shortened. The repair man came out of his shop to talk with me. This person has the unfriendliest attitude: no greeting, did not take the mask off to speak with me, and did not apologize for not having done the work as it was was clearly requested in the invoice. I did not get back the old clasp. "It is scrap," he explained. The owner came out to give me an estimate on a white gold ring I'd like to sell. Same: no courtesy, no "thank you for stopping by," no smiling. This is not a welcoming place. In addition to that, they did not finish my job. The repair man behaved as if he was inconvenienced by my request. Awful. No wonder why this place is always empty.
