I walked In today to get my hair cut and colored. As I was getting my hair done I was lucky enough to meet the awesome owners of this place. Such friendly genuine professional people. It's hard to find these days. Not only did I receive extraordinary service from my stylist, but was very pleased with the customer service the owners applied to me. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my 40+ years of getting haircuts. It started with a male stylist(being nice here) who has absolutely no business cutting anyone's hair. I am shocked that he is licensed. He ran out half way through because he couldn't handle the stress. My cut is pretty simple. Then another woman comes and gets me and I attempted to explain what I wanted and she wouldn't listen to a word I said and just started cutting and clipping. Thankfully my hair grows quickly and this nightmare will grow away. The only decent part of the experience was the glass of wine. WORST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT ON A HAIRCUT.
Had a great experience with my fiancé, all of her essential needs were met and she was very satisfied with the quality and excellent service they offered to us! Will definitely recommend and will come to often! We’re able to meet the owners aswell they were very humble and welcoming!
