Could stand improvement is an understatement. Tried to give them an order that was not the typical pick a plant and they wanted nothing to do with it. "Were really busy" is the last words I will ever hear from them.

I was very disappointed in the Flores I ordered. Upon seeing a pic of them, I was not happy with the choice cue of flowers nor the color combo nor the vase. I ordered a $10 over the minimum order, thinking I would get a nice selection of flowers. Many were carnations. The vase clashed with the arrangement. I did call to complain but fell on deaf ears.
Ordered for a funeral. Paid the extra money for more flowers to be added. However it didn't look like they added any. It was not filled in and the flowers themselves we're in poor condition. It looked pretty sad compared to the other displays at the service. Very disappointed.
They did my wedding flowers and they turned out beautiful!!!
