I took my truck into have HID lights installed to replace factory lights. Rick took the time to explain the process and completed the work in a few hours.
Answering the previous comment, probably many of these reviews are fake. Not all but many. All I can say is that in 2012 the attention to detail in my case was, mounting the sub such way that it was moving side to side in the trunk. Very messy work. Keep promising me that they will get me the grills for it and somehow I never got it. The steering wheel remote did not work. They promised me they would fix it once the grills arrive. Of course never took place. My center console was not properly installed back to its place, I needed to remove and reinstall it so that I could use the storage compartment properly on it cos the little door on the pocket didn't close. The grounding didn't work, there is a constant squeaking sound coming trough the system. Plus on top I shared my story of this on their website and "somehow" it got deleted. Now briefly its back cos I putted back on but really briefly. I had to bring the car back 3 times trying to fix their mistakes up and non of them got fixed. I ended up ordering my own grills and fixing things on my own!!!
You won't regret it.
